HI Matt and Emma- ATTACHED YOU WILL FIND WHAT IS REFERRED TO AS A 'BUYERS AGENCY AGREEMENT'. THIS ALLOWS ME TO SHOW YOU HOMES AND TO POTENTIALLY REPRESENT YOU IN THE PURCHASE OF A HOME. 


PLEASE READ THROUGH OR I AM HAPPY TO JUMP ON A ZOOM AND EXPLAIN IN DEPTH. IF YOU WOULD PREFER, I CAN COVER AT THE SHOWING ON FRIDAY AS WELL. THE PURPOSE OF THE DOCUMENT IS TO OUTLINE THAT I WOULD BE REPRESENTING YOU AS AN AGENT IN THE STATE OF IOWA FOR THE PURCHASE OF REAL ESTATE. IT OUTLINES MY DUTIES TO YOU AS AN AGENT AND ALSO MY PROFESSIONAL SERVICE FEE (2.5% OF PURCHASE PRICE OF A HOME). THAT IS ONLY PAYABLE IN THE EVENT WE FIND AND CLOSE ON A HOME. I WILL SAY, IF FOR ANY REASON DURING THIS TERM, IF YOU ARE NOT 100% SATISFIED, I AM HAPPY TO TERMINATE THE AGREEMENT, NO QUESTIONS ASKED AND THERE WILL BE NO FEE(S) OWED. AGAIN, PLEASE LET ME KNOW IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS- I'M EXCITED TO BE HELPING YOU PURCHASE A HOME! CODY
