SOI/ Self Generated Lead (based on agents total closed number lifetime deal volume).
The goal here is to reward agents with a higher split as they become more experienced.
- 50/50 (0-20 transactions)
- 60/40 (21-50 transactions)
- 70/30 (51+ transactions)
Company Generated leads
- 50/50: buyers
- 30/70: listings
- Referral buyers:
- Referral off the top, then 60/40
- Referral Sellers:**
- Referral off the top, then 50/50
Referrals from company employees:
- Referral paid off the top, then 60/40
