Inspection Types
Home (General) Inspection:
Cost: ~$350-$500 based on size of home
A general home inspection is a non-invasive, visual examination of a property's major systems and structural components, typically conducted before a home purchase
Inspectors evaluate the roof, foundation, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems for safety, functionality, and defects. The process, lasting 3-4 hours, results in a report used by buyers to further evaluate and negotiate the sale of the home.
Radon Testing:
Cost: ~$85 for the test
A radon mitigation test (or post-mitigation test) is a measurement taken after a radon reduction system is installed to verify that radon levels in a building have dropped below the EPA-recommended action level of 4 pCi/L.
If the testing levels are more than 4 pCi/L, there will be a recommendation to have the radon mitigated. The typical cost is $1,000 - $1,200 but can vary based on size and square footage

Cost: ~$85 for the inspection
A wood-destroying pest inspection (often called a termite inspection or WDI/WDO inspection) is
a professional, visual examination of a home’s accessible areas to check for active infestations or damage from pests like termites, carpenter ants, carpenter bees, and wood-boring beetles.
Septic (Time-of-Transfer-Inspection):
