Team Agent Compensation and Offerings
Our Team Structure is very intentionally thought out and planned. It is designed to help agents at all levels of their business. The Team Structure is not for all agents, but it can be wildly advantageous for a lot of agents. By leveraging resources, we find that our Team agents are doing more deals, in less time, and generally netting more money in their pocket than other compensation plans in the industry.
Our goal is simple: keep agents in dollar productive activities. We understand that agents make money by showing properties, writing/ negotiating contracts, and closing deals. Most everything else is noise. We want agents nurturing their sphere and prospecting daily, but nearly all other activities are noise. Preparing offers, managing the paperwork of the transactions, making marketing materials, talking/ vetting vendors, setting up systems, etc. all reduce an agents efficiencies. By giving up a little bit of their split, agents are able to quickly make up that delta by generating more business in less time (sphere and company gen deals).
We also believe this helps give agents a better quality of life. By taking the busy work away from agents and helping them focus on their core competencies, they can enjoy life more. We also strive to help agents build predictable incomes and remove the yo-yo of real estate that many agents face with varying income month-to-month.

SOI (Sphere of Influence) Closings:
- Note: All Lifetime ALL closed transactions will count towards these tiers
- 50/50 (agent/ company): 0-20 Transactions
- 60/40 (agent/ company): 21-50 Transactions
- 70/30 (agent/ company): 51+ Transactions
Company generated Leads:
- Company buyer: 50/50 (Agent/ Company)
- Company listing: 30/70 (Agent/Company)
- The company generated split applies for 2 years from the date of the first closing.
- After 2 years, they are processed at the agents SOI split (see full team agreement for additional info)
Optional Listing Services for SOI deals:
- Company will pay for basic level photography: ~$95-$120 value.
- Agent can pay out of pocket or elect the following deductions
- -5% marketing/ photos (stick it to zillow bundle)/ 30 second video (under 2,000 sq/ft), 60 second video (>2,000 sq/ft)
- -5% Pre-inspection and Zillow showcase
Note: for new agents or agents who are starting on our 50/50 split plan, we will offer to pay for your first four cycles (one year) of MLS dues, up to $1,500. This offering is designed to help you focus on real estate and not on bills.
