Requirements to join Company Generated Lead Flow Programs:
- Pass the 'Launch' phase brokerage training
- Work through the company "Lead Flow, CRM , and Ponds" training
- Zillow Preferred Team:
- Work through the company "Zillow Playbook Training" which includes:
- Best practices
- Scripts
- ALM
- ART
- 5 Zillow profile reviews
- Work through the company "Zillow Playbook Training" which includes:
- Have a 1 hour meeting with Cody covering expectations of:
- Speed to lead- leads that sit more than 5 minutes without communication WILL BE reassigned
- Scripts:
- Zillow Scripts
- Objection Handling:
- I was just browsing
- I already have an agent OR know an agent
- I just purchased
- How did you get my information
- Following Company Gen Lead Flow Requirements
- Stage, timeframe updating and dispositioning of leads
- 10 x 4 for new leads
- Pond qualifications and how to work
- Passing off of:
- Buyer agency agreement presentation
- Preparing an offer and presentation (come to the meeting with Cody with a prepared offer to purchase)
- Including subject to sale offer
- Multiple offers/ escalation
- Preparing and presenting a CMA
- Multiple offers
- Response to inspections negotiation
