BATTR
Battr is an automated lead management system that tracks and enforces standards around compnay generated leads. Leads that are pulled into an agents name/ database from a pond OR a new lead assignment, Battr has rules setup that will sweep leads from agents who are not following up with those company generated leads.
COMPANY EMAIL
It is strongly recommended to utilize the Outlook email account provided. Using a Gmail, yahoo, hotmail etc, opens you and the organization to suseptibility for data and ransomware attacks. Plus, it looks sort of silly when emailing someone about the biggest purchase of their life and your email ends with 'name.name@hotmail.com'. This is a professional business.
DOTLOOP
Dotloop is the preferred document management system for our team at EXIT Realty Unlimited. This is where we house all of our documents, forms, etc. We prepare offers, send offers for signatures, and share documents within this platform.
ZIPFORMS
Zipforms is utilized in the State of Wisconsin for all of their document management. We have pulled the forms into Dotloop, but grabbing docs out of Zipforms may be necessary from time to time.
FUB
Follow Up Boss is our company CRM. This feeds directly into several other areas of the organization (SISU, Sunburst, SISU Sign, etc). FUB is also required to be used to receive and service company generated leads.
LOFTY
Lofty is a secondary CRM that we utilize. We recommend that agents work out of Follow Up Boss, but we do offer Lofty as well for a small monthly/ annual fee.
YLOPO WITH AI VOICE AND TEXT
Ylopo is our front facing website. Ylopo is in place to generate leads on the front end via PPC lead engagement. When a new lead comes into the system, a property alert is automatically set for the lead. AI text and voice is also setup to contact these leads. You may get a 'direct transfer' call from the Ylopo AI center. And/ or, the AI texting will engage the lead and notify you when you should reach out to the lead based on their response. Ylopo is great for generating new leads and engagement with new leads. After ~60 days, their effectiveness diminishes significantly.
RUUSTER
A client and lead engagement app for buyers. Their slogan is 'Wake Up Your Database'. Ruuster works off of 'good' email addresses and sends an invitation to buyers to accept an invitation for a home search. This then creates a personalized search for the lead in your database, gives them access to our preferred vendors, home value tools, etc. Ruuster is especially good for long-term nurture and nurturing stale leads, which is opposite of Ylopo.
SISU
This is the heartbeat of your business— everything you do in FUB (call, text, email, update commissions, closing dates, etc) all provides insights into your business.
SISU SIGN
SISU sign is an e-sign platform that is used, much like a Dotloop.
INTERFACE
