E&O (errors and omission insurnace)
Our E&O policy provides coverage for all of our licenees on a blanket coverage basis— meaning if you are licensed with our firm, you are automatically coverd under our E&O.
Deductible:
Our firm deductible is $5,000 per occurrence. In the event that a claim is triggered by notice of a lawsuit OR request from an attorney, client, or another agent, please contact staff immediately. If you are served a lawsuit, please notify cody@exitunlimited.com immediately. It is imperative that we respond in a timely manner.
Please note, that it is the licenees responsibility to reimburse the firm for the cost of the deductible for a triggered claim.
Coverage:
Our policy covers up to $1mm per occurrence for professional liability & personal liability per claim.
Supplemental or individual coverage:
You may obtain additional or supplemental coverage for yourself, however, it is likely not necessary. The firm will not issue reimbursement for any personal or additional policies obtained by agents.
