Copies of Disclosures

Have an easel with a QR code that links to the property site


Items to know and be prepared for these questions:

  • Lot size
  • Age of furnace
  • Age of a/c
  • Age of Roof
  • How many days on market
  • When was the last time it sold?  What did it previously sell for?
  • Sewer
    • Public?
    • Septic?  last time inspected/ pumped?
  • Water
    • Public
    • Well?  last time inspected?  Is it a shared well?
  • Any easements?
  • HOA-
    • any monthly or annual fees?
    • if so, what does it cover
  • Electricity, Gas, Internet providers
