Scheduling Open Houses

Open houses are fantastic for the first weekend of any listing. They create the appearance of strong activity and create a sense of urgency for motivated buyers. (After the first weekend, there's not much benefit to them.)

Many agents use open houses as a way to generate business. If you're one of those agents, then hold your new listing open!
