Under Contract with a New Buyer

Once under contract, it's important to let our staff know so they can start the kickoff process.

All of our deals are professionally managed by our in-house Transaction Coordinators.  They will review your contract for compliance, help make corrections where possible, setup inspections, send a kickoff email to all parties (buyer, buyers agent, sellers agent, lender, attorney, etc).  The T/C will move the transaction through the escrow process on the paperwork side.  


Note, it's important that you don't 'check out' of your deal.  It's still on you as an agent to oversee the contractual obligations, important dates for inspection deadlines, appraisal and financing contingencies and stay in communication with the client and other agent.
