Real Time Tours (RTT) Leads

Real Time Tours (RTT's) are one of 3 connection Types received from Zillow.  

• When receiving RTT's, it's important to not call the lead right away.  Rather, send the Golden Text.
• The Golden Text:  
  • "Hi John, this is Cody from EXIT Realty Unlimited.  I'm a local Zillow Premier Agent and received your request to view the home at 455 Cherokee St, Dubuque, IA at 3pm today.  Does that time still work for you"?
• Notes:  Real Time Tours have the HIGHEST cancellation and no-show rates.  This is because the lead hasn't talked to anyone and feels that is easy to cancel because they have not interacted with a human.
• Shortly after the lead confirms the appointment and the appointment is booked, CALL the lead.
• This is vital to on-going and long term conversion and performance on this program
• Remember, 75% of consumers work with the first agent they MEET.  Not the first agent they talk to, text, or email.
