Profile and Direct Connections:  these leads are finding our Zillow Team profile and requesting to contact us directly based on our reviews and general review of our business and Team.

Connections Calls:   these are live connections from Zillow in which a consumer has gone onto Zillow and requested to view a property.  During that inquiry, Zillow then calls the consumer AND the agent at the same time.  Once both parties are on the line, you are connected with the lead.   It is very important that you follow the Zillow Script.
