Connection Calls, Previous Zillow leads in our System not tagged as 'Zillow Preferred Leads'

• Any lead which came in via Zillow Connections and is in our database, shall be processed on a 50/50 split.  The split applies for 2 years from the date of the initial closing with the lead.  
  • After 2 years from the initial closing, the split will move to the agent's sphere split, up to a maximum of 70/30 (agent/ company).

Zillow Preferred Leads

• Appropriate referral to Zillow, then 60/40 (agent/ brokerage).  The referral period is 2 years or 2 transactions with Zillow.
• After the referral window, any future closings will be processed on the agents sphere split, up to a maximum of 70/30 (agent/ company).
