    • No pre-approval:  Great, I work with ZHL as a strategic partner.  They will quickly be able to get you pre-approved so you're ready to start shopping for homes.  They also can rate match and offer a free appraisal.
    • Already pre-approved:  It may be beneficial to get a second opinion on your mortgage.  Since you've already been pre-approved, ZHL will be able to give you a quote for rates and closing costs at no obligation and no risk.  They can rate match** and they also provide a free appraisal. If it's okay with you, I will put you in touch with them.

ZHL is an integral partner of Zillow Preferred. We need to make an introduction/ get pre-approved, 10% of the total lead count from Zillow that turns to "met with customer"
