Requirements to Receive Leads

Senior Staff Member or Cody must sign off on the following in order to receive leads:

  • Zillow profile is setup
  • 5 reviews obtained
  • Zillow Preferred Buyers Training is complete per Zillow's requirements
  • Have listened to 15 Zillow calls
  • Passed off:
    • Role play incoming calls and outbound for RTT
    • 6 pillar framework (Call, Text, Email, Prep, Gametime, F/U)
    • Buyers Presentation package  (Prep)
    • Buyers Agency Explanation (at the showing or via Dotloop)
    • Buyers Consultation
    • Writing an Offer to Purchase
    • RTI process
    • Buyer closing process
    • Post closing follow up
